I am 53 years old. I went through early menopause about eight years ago. I had never had any problem losing weight. I didn’t gain weight quickly, either. I could pretty much eat whatever I wanted – and I love chocolate and baked goods.
Over the past several years, I gained weight easily. I tried so many diets and was working out regularly and eating healthy, but I couldn’t lose weight. I would even do juice fasts just to lose some pounds, but I gained it right back.
I started the Galveston Diet three weeks ago; I’ve lost 9 lbs and an inch each in my arms, hips, waist, and thighs. I want to lose ten more. I am doing the 16:8 intermittent fasting and tracking my macros in Carb Manager. I have finally found something I love and is working for me! Thank you!!
