"I Am Down To My Goal Weight"

As I was scrolling through Facebook back in April, I came across The Galveston Diet. I have never had a weight problem, but after undergoing a complete hysterectomy at the age of 43 and I am now 50, I have noticed my weight increasing ever so slowly over the years.

I am a healthy eater and work out 4 days a week at the gym. My work out consists of weight training and cardio. I have read several books about controlling weight during menopause, but I never seemed to conquer the ever slowly menopausal weight gain. I won’t list the books because they may work for some but never do for me. I watched your video and decided to give The Galveston Diet a try.

I joined the signature program and began in May at the weight of 134lbs (as I said, I’ve never had a weight problem), and this may seem like the ideal weight for some, but it is my heaviest. I had a belly pooch that I’ve never had in my life. I am curvy and love that but not “poochy.” Anyway, I lost 6 lbs in two weeks!

I began calling my friends that were experiencing the same as me and implored then to give your program a listen. As of right now, I am down to my goal weight of 120lbs. Most of all, I no longer experience bloating, constipation and have eliminated added sugar from my diet. Also, my pooch is gone. I feel wonderful! Secondly, all this is done with no pills, gimmicks, or unrealistic eating that no person can maintain. Thank you for all the time you devote to helping women fighting the menopause battle.
