I stumbled upon you and the Galveston diet in August. At the time, I had been searching for answers regarding peri-menopause and the hormonal and weight changes that were happening. To say the information you’ve put together is life-changing would be an understatement.
Since August, I have lost 31.5 pounds, and my husband has lost 46+ pounds! We have revamped how we eat. We’ve incorporated meal prep and planning into our weekly schedule, and we work out together to boot. We’ve committed to ourselves and to each other to make the necessary lifestyle changes to “burn the boats,” and we couldn’t be happier!
