I want to say thank you for putting together all the necessary elements for a successful life plan to help reduce inflammation and address peri/menopausal weight gain. Since I started focusing on fasting and implementing anti-inflammatory foods, reducing/eliminating inflammatory foods, I have lost 10 lbs, and the visceral belly fat is practically gone.
