Today is one year, and I’ve lost 34 pounds! From a size 10 to a 4. I have fasted for 365 days straight…really!
I eliminated inflammatory foods, processed foods, & high carb foods. I focus on healthy fats, veggies, fruits, & smart protein choices. When I started TGD, I sat and watched every video & embraced the program turning it into a lifestyle habit, not just a diet. Tomorrow begins year two & nothing will be different because it is my lifestyle. Thanks♥️
