Testimonial From Donna L.

"Could Not Shake That Extra Weight"

I have been participating in the Galveston Diet since January 14, 2020. I was first introduced to the Galveston Diet by my sister, who had started it in August 2019. When I saw her over the Christmas holiday, I was amazed at how great she looked. Seeing her success is what made me decided to join the GD team.

I am a 53-year-old woman who has been struggling with mid-life weight gain that mostly settled in my mid-section. I worked out regularly with weights and cardio, but could not shake that extra weight. I ate healthily but still had to indulge in sugar (mainly dark chocolate) each day.

The benefits that I learned from Dr. Haver encouraged me to persevere. As time passed, it became easier to reach my 16 hours of fasting. Once I incorporated all the aspects of the GD, I immediately started seeing results. First, I saw my weight going down and the inches melting away from my mid-section. Also, I realized how clear-minded I was feeling along with the increase in my energy level throughout the day.

Today I am happy to report that my body is 11 pounds lighter, and my clothes are fitting better every day. My mind is clear, and my body is getting stronger with every workout. I am so thankful that Dr. Haver decided to find a way to help women who are struggling with mid-life changes to our bodies and mind.
