Blueberry & Spinach Collagen Smoothie

This smoothie combines everything you need to feel your best – vegetables, fruit, fiber, fat, and protein. The blueberries add the right amount of sweetness. It’s a powerful combination of nutritional ingredients to keep you satiated and energetic.

Ready in 15 Minutes
Serves 1 person

Ingredients

1 tbs. Chia
(2) ¼ c. water
1 tbs. Coconut Oil
1 tbs. Almond Butter
1 tbs. Coconut Flakes
1 tsp. Grated Ginger
1 c. Spinach (Raw or Frozen)
1 c. Blueberries (Raw or Frozen)
2 Scoops Flavorless Collagen (We Like the brand Sparkle)
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
Dash of salt
4-6 ice cubes

Directions

1. Soak 1 tbs. of chia seeds in ¼ c. water for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare other ingredients while waiting.
3. Add ¼ c. water, coconut oil, almond butter, grate the ginger, add spinach, blueberries, collagen, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Then add soaked chia and ice. Blend ingredients together to taste.
