I’m late in posting at the end of the TGD 50 because I started back at grad school yesterday – yay! I have so much to say about the challenge and this group, but I don’t know where to start. I hope (and believe) that you already know how I feel about this community. 💗🤗In addition to the many intangible benefits I’ve gained, I wanted to share some concrete victories since I did boot camp in May…Weight lost: 7.4 lbs Waist: ⬇️ 2” Hips: ⬇️ 1” Thigh: ⬇️ 1.5” WHR: ⬇️ from 0.88 to 0.85 (healthy range!) Clothing size: from 12 down to 8. There are too many NSVs to list here, but maybe these photos tell the story (Sept. 2020 and today).
